ASAP Automation offers Dual Belt CCEZ Unit. The dual belt CCEZ unit is designed to transport and accumulate panels or partitions in various stages of assembly. As panels move from zone to zone, workers can assemble components to the panels. This is made possible by use of the EZLogic accumulation system. EZLogic system combines the accuracy of photo-electronics with discrete electronic logic control without the use of a PLC. This unit uses a dual-belt design with 72-inch long zones. This unit allows the product to overhang the overall width of the conveyor. It is a system integrator for industrial automation and material handling solutions.
