Dorner Manufacturing is taking the most flexible conveyor platform on the market to new heights by launching a Z-Frame for its QWIK Conveyor 5200 Series. The new frame allows end users in the industrial, automation, and packaging industries to quickly and easily changes product heights on QWIK conveyors without conveyor-to-conveyor transfers. Plus, because the new Z-Frame is integrated into a single conveyor system, users avoid the added costs associated with additional pulleys and drives. Ideal additions to the Dorner QWIK conveyor platform, customers now have virtually limitless combinations of straights, incline, declines and curves – which translate into important manufacturing flexibility. With this, end users can truly rest assured knowing they'll be able to build and modify their system to meet any changing line requirements. Dorner QWIK conveyors are specially designed to change as quickly as today's manufacturing needs. The conveyors can be easily reconfigured using just a few basic tools and are available in an array of sizes to fit a wide variety of applications. Key features and benefits: modular, 15° curve segments for quick and easy reconfiguration; completely contained belt, which eliminates catenary sag and reduces pinch points; integrated low-voltage wireway with snap-in cover; QWIK Slots for fast and simple mounting of controls and accessories; patented sprocket alignment key for quick belt assembly; and air and wiring management systems, which speed system set up. The Z-Frame is now available for conveyor lengths of up to 100 feet, and speeds of up to 250 feet-per-minute.
