Hytrol’s revolutionary 24 V conveyor technology – E24™ is quiet, efficient and dependable, creating a new standard in energy efficiency and conveyor durability. The E24 motor utilises gearless technology, which provides quiet and energy efficient operation. External positioning of the E24 motor provides improved ease of maintenance of the conveyor. Rather than a centralised drive system, these variable speed motors are distributed along the conveyor making this conveyor both versatile and flexible for your application requirements. The company has additionally paired the E24 with the innovative EZLogic® accumulation technology. Not only does this provide zero pressure accumulation, but also numerous other functions to the conveyor system. The sleep feature of EZLogic turns rollers off while not in use, allowing for no energy consumption when product flow is not required. Combining these technologies provides unprecedented flexibility into a highly durable solution. With few moving parts combined with great heat dissipation, the E24 motor demonstrates over 6x the life expectancy of conventional 24 V technology. The E24 motor drives the tread rollers through a spool/O-ring combination. Different speed ranges can be achieved by simply replacing the spool with one of a different size. There is no need for different motors with different gear ratios because there are no gears in the E24 system. Green benefits: RoHS compliant; 1/2 amp savings per motor over typical; motorised roller; and 6 times the life expectancy over conventional 24 V technology. Optional modifications for special applications: single side channel for mounting of motors, EZ-Logic, and wiring – makes all components easily accessible for maintenance and cleaning; wiring harnesses for motors and power supplies for plug and play and ease of replacement; and removed extra holes, changed or removed flanges – aids in cleaning and preventing issues with food catch areas. E24 Gate: the E24 Gate allows for easy access through a Hytrol E24 system – flow of product stops when the gate is raised and resumes when the gate is lowered again.
