These new force sensing handles are the result of working closely with customers to help create a more versatile product offering with the Gorbel’s G-Force line. As the name implies, the force sensing handles detect any upward or downward force applied, whether directly to the handle with its in-line and remote mounted design, or anyplace below the collector on hub mounted version. Rather than using displacement of the handle as with traditional slide versions, the force sensing handles create the opportunity for elongated handles or tooling, which is great for high or low pick points where a hand-over-hand motion might be required.
