- Super heater is provided in convection zone, radiation zone is eliminated so more life of super heater coils. Super heater is completely drainable.
- Small evaporation heating surface is required for boilers having super heater steam pressure more than 87 Kg/Cm² to avoid steaming in economizer.
- More residence time for complete combustion of fuel in suspension. More steam volume in steam drum which ensures better steam quality.
