Zen Technologies targets Rs 900 cr revenue by FY2025, reports strong order book, export wins

Zen Technologies, headquartered in Hyderabad, aims to achieve a revenue surpassing ?900 crore in the fiscal year 2025, accompanied by an EBITDA margin of 35%. Ashok Atluri, the Chairman and Managing Director of this defence solutions provider, shared insights regarding the company's robust order book and its strategic trajectory.

The company recently secured an export order valued at Rs 42 crore for advanced defence simulators, and Atluri anticipates fulfilling this order within the next 18 months. Furthermore, in October, Zen Technologies received a substantial Rs 100 crore order from the Ministry of Defence for its advanced tank training system.

According to Atluri, the current order book position has been updated to approximately Rs 1,500 crore, with over Rs 400 crore attributed to exports. The majority of domestic orders originate from the Indian government. Looking ahead to the fiscal year 2024, the company has maintained a revenue guidance of Rs 450 crore. Notably, the revenue for the first half of the year amounted to Rs 198 crore.
