It consists of conveyor screw flighting, pipe, shafts, troughs, covers and so forth. It is usually manufactured of a low-carbon hot-rolled, cold-finished mild steel and is surface hard depending on the conveyors. Major components are conveyor screw flighting, flight mounting, bearings, and trough ends.
