Bulkmov Engineering offers Belt Conveyors. It is a most versatile type of bulk handling equipment available. It is used mostly for handling a variety of bulk materials such as ash, coal, coke breeze, limestone, rock phosphate, stone, ore wood chips, soda ash, pulverized coal, etc over a wide range of capacities. It is a most economical and practical means of transporting bulk materials over long distances. Belt conveyor systems can be arranged to convey bulk materials as well as to weigh, sort, sample, batch and blend when necessary. A belt conveyor consists of Belt which forms the moving and supporting surface on which the conveyed material rides; The idlers which form the supports for the toughed carrying strand of belt and the rlat return strand; The pulleys, which support and direct the belt and control its tension; The drive viz. motor which imparts power through one or more pulleys to move the belt and its load; and The structure, which supports and maintains alignment of idlers, pulleys and drive. Product range includes: 16 Tonne Crane Hoist Rope drum and Pressure Vessels (Diameter less than 4 metres).
