Standard DC LVDTs

AG Measurematics offers Standard DC LVDT, DS Series. This is a range of DC-input & DC-output displacement transducer housed in stainless steel body. This transducer looks just like AC LVDTs except that it is equipped with in-built electronics. Output of ±5V or 0 to 10V makes them very easy to use and apply. Any signal conditioner or amplifier is not required for their operation. The linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) displacement measurement principle has penetrated many sectors of industry and research because it is both robust and maintenance free. Brief specifications: available range - ± 1 to 250 mm; body dia - 22 mm; temperature range - up to 60°C; excitation - ± 15 V DC; and termination - 4-core, screened, PVC insulated cable, 3 metre long.
