Multipoint Displacement Measurement & Recording System

ARGIN8009 is the latest in the field of multipoint displacement measurement systems from AG Measurematics to replace multiple dia gauges in the test rigs. Based on Intel® Atom270 processor, this system is packed with the latest in technology. It is preloaded with customised Window O.S - Software design, for multi point displacement measurement. The HMI unit also houses all the sensor electronics, data acquisition module, interface ports and memory. The system has a 15.6'' LCD display and scan at high speed high resolution, in-built 80GB memory provides ample storage. It also have interface for LAN, USB and optional keyboard. The HMI display is protected in front by an 8 mm thick protective glass. Complete system is enclosed in a steel enclosure. All the LVDTs provided with the system are internal spring loaded with stain steel body. The sensors carry a warranty for 5 years. The tip of the sensors is identical to a dial gauge for easier adaptability. Of course all sensors carry a calibration certificate approved by Laboratory, New Delhi. A numeric keypad is attached to the system through which the operator can null or zero the readings individually for six sensors or all the necessary settings the new values from the sensors and display accordingly on the screen after measurement.
