Temperature Programmer

In many chemical as well as textile processes such as dyeing, etc, the process temperature is required to be increased or decreased with definite gradient. Many a times it is required to increase the temperature at a definite rate and maintain it for a definite period of time (hold time) and again, with different rates and hold times. Keeping inview these applications, SCR Elektroniks have developed a micro-processor-based temperature programmer Model TPR 2000, suitable for Hank dyeing machines, jet dyeing machines, beam dyeing equipments, rapid dyeing machines for yarns, and any other machine where temperature versus time profile is to be maintained. Using TPR 2000, the required temperature profile can be achieved automatically. Salient features: individual digital display on the front panel for process temperature, program temperature gradient, program number, process time and balance hold time; LED indications for control outputs, improper rate and end of process; process temperature hold possible; 10 fixed and 100 user programmable profiles; on-line viewing and changing of parameters; program lock to avoid unauthorised entry; battery backup for memory protection; and test mode facility for diagnostic check. The sensor is RTD Pt-100, 3-wire. Temperature range is 0-200?C. with a resolution of 0.1?C and accuracy of 0.5?C. A seven segment LED display indicates all parameters.
