SCR Electroniks offers a range of test panels for various electrical parameters. Commutator test panel provides a simple and speedy method for testing of commutators for HV test. This is very useful for commutator manufacturers as well as motor manufacturers. Two tests, normally bar to bar at 500 V AC and bar to shaft at 1500 V are performed one after another automatically. In case there is a fault the test is terminated and the fault location is indicated by location of test probes. Specially designed fixture with motorised arrangement facilitates easy loading and removal of commutators.
