DC LVDTs for Process Plants

AG Measurematics, the largest manufacturer in India of AC and DC LVDTs, has introduced the latest range of low cost DC LVDTs with 24 V operations. These stainless steel DC LVDTs are of 22 mm dia with built-in electronics. These LVDTs can be supplied either with dual output of 0~10 V/4…20 mA or with single output of ±5 V for full stroke range. Other features include, ease of usage, higher frequency response, better accuracy and infinite resolution. Other models with 9.5 mm, 12.7 and industry standard 19 mm dia are available with external signal conditioner modules. The company also offers separate small-sized (50 x 50 x 15 mm) signal conditioner modules for 4-wire LVDTs and 3-wire half bridge inductive transducers of any make. It is the first manufacturer of LVDTs in the world to offer, against manufacturing defects, 5 years warranty on all AC LVDTs. Price includes free calibration, with traceability to NPL, once every year for first five years. Delivery time can be low as 5 days for ‘preferred’ models.
