Interface Design offers CNC Controllers, SC-04. It is PCI-slot based 3-axis motion with PC. Half Size PC card plugs into PCI slot. Address selection is automatically generated. Control output format is clock or phase oriented. Resolution is full or half step (in Phase output format). Digital inputs are16 TTL Inputs (6 dedicated to limit switches). Digital outputs are 8 TTL outputs. Interpolation is 3-axis linear and 2-axis circular. Terminations contain D-sub connectors and FRC headers. Power Supply is from PC SMPS. Driver Software include DOS, Win 98 and Win2K. Application software: CNC is a full fledged machine control software supporting 3 axis machining with G & M codes and for engraving and jewelry applications. PCBDrill is used for PCB drilling applications.
