Interface Design offers CNC Controller, YANTRA II. This features a 32-bit processor core, ISO standard G/M codes support and CAM package compatibility, this high tech controllers support 3D machining for complex jobs. User-friendly operator features and integrated solutions make this system easy to integrate and operate. This is offered in different variants: Yantra-II T - for turning centres; Yantra-II M - for vertical and horizontal machining centres; and Yantra-II Q - for dual spindle turning centres. Ease of integration is assured, since the controller is offered completely integrated with keypad and operator panel with MPG and optional power panel housing AC servo drives, relays, etc. Technical specifications: number of axis - max 4 servo control axis; number of spindle axis - 1 axis (0-10 V) with encoder feedback; optional RS485 port based control (Modbus); MPG support - in built; display - 8" colour TFT display; digital 10: 24 inputs (expandable up to 72), 24 outputs (expandable up to 72); digital 10 for MOP - 48 inputs/32 outputs; G-code support - ISO standard, compatible to standard 3-D CAM packages; dimensions - 600 (H) x 600 (W) x 225 (D) mm; and power consumption - 150 W. This controller is well suited for 24x7 operation and designed for optimum use by machine tool manufacturers, SPM builders and retrofitters.
