Testing panels for wiring accessories

Testing panels for endurance test are available in IS: 3854: 1997, BIS format. Making and breaking test is to be carried out with a load at 1.1 times rated voltage and 1.25 times rated current with 0.3 PF and normal operation test with load at rated current and rated voltage with 0.6 PF. Inductive loads are available with following options to test: i) 6 A switch at 6A/7.5A @ 240 V/264 V with 0.6/0.3 PF respectively; ii) 6 A or 16 A switch at 16 A/20 A @ 240/264 V with 0.6/0.3 PF respectively; iii) 6 A or 16 or 32 A switch at 32 A/40 A @ 240/264 V with 0.6/0.3 PF; iv) 6 A ? 3 No or 16 A?1 No or 32A?1 No for both the tests; v) 6 A?5 No or 16 A?2 No or 32 A ? 1 No for both the tests; vi) switches for fluorescent lamp load - load A and load B (Clause 19.2); and vii) inductive load for fan regulator (As per IS:11037?1984)
