AG Measurematics offers Universal Testing Machines. These are designed and developed for automotive component testing. Depending upon a particular requirement it designs a machine to meet the international testing standards for that component. The reports generated by the application software are customised as per user requirements. All the sensors are calibrated to NPL traceable standards. Machines designed for specific applications: steering wheel testing machine; shocker testing machine; ball stud joints testing machines; windshield glass profiling equipment; switch testing machine; ignition lock feel tester; spring testing machine; brake testing rig; tup hammer testing rig; and distributor valve testing set-up. Features: full computerised and manual operation; max component height 2000 mm; max stroke - 0~1500 mm; force range - 5~5000 kgf; speed range - 0~20 Hz; custom design to meet specific component requirements; grips and fixtures available as per user specifications; pre-programmed test menu for various components and assemblies; and Windows based applications software.
