Material Testing Machine

AG Measurematics offer Material Testing Machine, MTM-1 XXXM. It has wide applications in testing and measurement of different materials like springs, rubber, plastic, wires and cables, assembled components, metal parts, etc. By putting the material under the influence of force, the machine enables testing of different characteristics like strength, compressibility, hardness, fatigue testing etc depending on the nature of material under consideration. These machines incorporate various superlative features, which allow best long-term value for measurement and automation. It allows microprocessor based computerised operation. Application software M-Test features: online display of force-Vs-displacement graph on computer screen, comparison of actual curve with master curve, data storage in user defined files, off-line view of stored data, "Auto detect" function to allow automatic positioning of load bar, setting limits of force and displacement, taking colored print outs of reports; automatic nulling at starting point, "Zoom" function to focus a part of curve, and much more along with motorised test stands fitted with load cell, displacement encoder and loading bar displacement transducers and circuits. The other model available is MTM-1XXX. It incorporates simple motorised test stands with digital load and displacement indicators. To fulfill the need of completely automated, fast and accurate testing of materials, the microprocessor-based machines can also be operated through computer. For this purpose application software mTest is available. Test reports containing material data, and graphic result of testing can be printed through a DeskJet printer in single or multicolor. Facility also exists to display standard graph or master curve as a superimposed curve on the computer monitor in a different colour along with the actual graph. These machines are supplied with microprocessor based test machine controller MTM551.
