Load-Deflection Measurement System

AG Measurematics offers Load-Deflection Measurement System. It consists of LD612 microprocessor-based digital readout, application software ASGRAF-WIN, load cells and displacement transducers (LVDTs) for measurement and graphic (waveform) display of load vs time and displacement vs load characteristics. This system is used in conjunction with material testing machines such as spring testing machine, tensile -testers, universal testing machine, compression testing machine, electrohydraulic or electromechanical fatigue testing machine and shock absorber testing machine. Features include built-in transducer signal conditioning to allow direct connection of load cells and LVDT front panel display (LCD, alphanumeric, 16 chr x 2 line, backlit) of instantaneous values of-load and displacement, peak hold display of load or displacement, data memory of 500 sets of readings with facility for off-line data transfer to computer, computer link-up through RS-232 port, parallel port for direct connection of printer and modular construction in table top and rack mounting cabinet. Application software ASGRAF runs under Windows 95 or 98. It features include load vs time or load vs deflection characteristic on computer monitor, display of cycle number, test spend in cycles/minute, maximum and minimum force values, display of reference force-deflection curve for compression with actual, printout of test reports with operator entered part name, part number, graph title, result header, etc, and facility to zoom display curve.
