Abrasive Deburring Machine, Fully Automatic

Kushal Udhyog manufactures a fully automatic Abrasive Deburring Machine. This is a PLC controlled machine with automatic continuous abrasive blasting/deburring cabinet featured with motorised indexing turntable, rotary satellites and pneumatically job clamping, designed and manufactured for deburring internal holes on hollow shafts. Two pressure vessels in series are connected to maintain abrasive feed continuously with pressuring/depressuring sequence. The functional sequence is interlocked and controlled through sensors and PLC to ensure consistent de-burring results at higher productivity and safe operations operator is to simply load and unload the job out side the cabinet. The machine is incorporated with standard feature like cyclonic reclaimer, vibratory feed hopper, fabric bag dust collector with motorised bag shaking arrangement with bag shaking preset timer.
