These blast rooms consist of a blast room enclosure, sheet metal main door/s with air louvers and vision window. The blast room inside wall surface including door surface is protected against abrasion by abrasion resistant rubber sheets. A suitable arrangement for illumination is provided with protection frame inside the blast room. Other accessories of blast room such as the portable abrasive blasters, fully automatic or semi-automatic abrasive recovery systems are supplied which convey the grits/shots to the bucket elevator system, which lifts the media and pours it into the media separator unit. The abrasive media separator unit has vibratory screen, which separates the debris from abrasive. The usable abrasive is fed gravitationally to portable abrasive blaster for recycling. Suitable dust collector unit (cyclone, fabric bag or cartridge element type) is connected with blast room through ducting. The main purpose is to remove dust and fine abrasive particles from the blast room environment and collect the dust and abrasives so that the environment outside the blast room also remains pollution free.
