Kushal Udhyog has successfully designed, manufactured and installed fully automatic continuous type Abrasive Blasting Cabinet for blast cleaning of utensils and non-stick cookware prior to Teflon coating. The machine is featured with motorised indexing turntable, rotary satellite stations, horizontal and vertical gun reciprocation with maintenance free ball screw arrangement. The loading and unloading stations of the machine are provided with pneumatically operated shutter doors, which opens and close automatically interlocked with the indexing turn table. The loading and unloading of job is rendered safe by sensors and the turn table does not start indexing until the operator’s hands are removed, thus ensuring safety. The operator is to simply load and unload the job outside the machine on specialised fixtures provided on each satellite station. The machine is incorporated with standard feature like cyclonic reclaimer, vibratory feed hopper, with gun-manifold, and fabric bag dust collector with motorised bag shaking arrangement.
