An ODM (own design manufacturing) company manufactures dedicatedly designed and programmed logic controllers (DDPLC) for OEMs. The waterjet loom controller is designed to take care of all functions of modern waterjet looms (textile). The machine operates at a speed of 720 RPM. Features: 16 x 2 LCD display Modbus (serial port); PC interface through serial port, 56 I/O and 19 fast outputs; 9 field inputs; high speed encoder I/P with A, B and Z sensing for operating field devices within accuracy of one degree of revolution; 2 analog O/P for AC drive control of feeder motor in close loop; 2 high speed proximity input for running motor through AC drive in close loop; 7 operating buttons; 5 contactors; error condition indication by 5 LED lamps; 64 kb flash memory with RTC for storage of shift data up to 50 shifts; and Modbus protocol.
