Trade Brush offers Abrasive Nylon Ferrule End Brush. End brushes are suitable for industrial cleaning applications where restricted space is an issue. Wire end brush applications include: cleaning castings, flash removal, polishing molds or dies, brushing the internal surfaces of holes, spot facing, and surface preparation for welding. Typical use involves a hand-held high speed air tool, electric drill, drill press, or robotic finishing. These brush enhanced cutting action up to 3 to 5 times faster than traditional filaments. Brushes can be easily mounted into automated machinery, custom-designed equipment, CNC machining centers and robotic centers.
