- The powder sort is world fastest powder sorting system that can detect variations in color, shape, size impurities above 50 microns. The impurities are removed using high vacuum suction.
- The system has two in-feed conveyors – one for generating the layer of powder and second conveyor for spreading the powder so that all the particles including the impurities are visible to the inspection system.
- There are multiple high speed cameras for powder inspection. The machine also has high speed vacuum nozzles which will trigger on / off based on signals generated by the camera for impurity removal. Impurities will be sucked up by the vacuum nozzles.Â
