HBL Power Systems offers silver zinc aircraft battery.
- HBL's silver oxide zinc batteries are used in military aircraft for emergency supply of reserve electrical power to aircraft avionics and weapons systems when the output of the aircraft generator is insufficient or the generator is out of service
- It ensures continued combat capability of the aircraft independently by starting the aircraft engine without ground support units ensuring the aircraft is never stranded and will be available when called upon
- The silver oxide zinc battery type HBL-SZ-45 manufactured by HBL is specially designed for use on MiG aircraft
- This battery also fully meets the requirements of DTD & P (air) specification E&I 300, issue-3 issued by the Indian defence.
