Masterbatch

Electro Engplast offers high-tech Masterbatches and compounds for the plastic industries, manufactured by Superpack. It offers Plast Fil with the following characteristics: increases number of rolls per hour (i.e., metres per minute of film produced), enhances impact strength and tear resistance of the film, reduces wear and tear of the extruder, reduces loading of pigment for opacity and colouring, reduces cost of production, 10% of Plast Fil increases output by 10%, reduces raw material cost, maintains uniform back-pressure, improves and maintains most properties of film, improves printability and barrier properties, facilitates down gauging of film, facilitates faster cooling of bubble in a blown film, imparts bubble stability even at high rate of output, provides thermal stability to processed material, suppresses the gases and keeps working environment healthy, eliminates need of anti-block in the resin, heat sealing at lower temperature, and reduces friction making film handling easier. Applications and addition rates: A special masterbatch for polyolefin films. The recommended rate of addition is 15-40% with polymer by weight. Pre-heating of Plast Fil gives more improved results. Loading product is dependent on machine and climatic conditions. Packaging: Plast Fil is supplied in regular pellet form, packed in 25 kg bag. It should be stored in a cool, dry place. Recommended storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed. Non-toxic and environment friendly: Plast Fil – basic chemicals/additives incorporated in the grade confirms that the material is suitable for food grade, is non hazardous and non-toxic.
