Electro Engplast offers high-tech Masterbatches and compounds for the plastic industries manufactured by Superpack. It offers Plast stiff with the following characteristics: excellent anti-fibrillations, improves dimensional stability, improves stiffness, improves cloth stability, improves printability, improves heat resistance, improves flexural rigidity, improves productivity, anti-blocking effect, white pigment saving, less abrasive, reduces raw material cost, friendly for all polypropylene, does not reduce strength and elongation. Applications and addition rates: A special masterbatch for polypropylene weaving tapes, films and injection moulding. The recommended rate of addition is 15-30% with polymer by weight. Pre-heating of Plast Stiff gives more improved results. Loading product is dependent on machine and climatic conditions. Packaging: Plast Stiff is supplied in regular pellet form, packed in 25Kgs bag. It should be stored in a cool, dry place. Recommended storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed. Non-toxic and environment friendly: Plast Stiff – basic chemicals/additives incorporated in the grade confirms that the material is suitable for food grade, is non-hazardous and non-toxic.
