Electro Engplast offers high-tech Masterbatches and compounds for the plastic industries manufactured by Superpack. It offers Plast High Mix with the following characteristics: improves dimensional stability, improves ESCR of blow mouldings, improves stiffness, improves whiteness hence saving of pigment, excellent anti-fibrillations, improves to control denier of tapes, improves anti-slip property, improves tenacity of tapes, improves printability, anti-blocking, effect, less abrasive to extruders and looms parts, cost reduction, extended life of screen/filter. Applications and addition rates: A special masterbatch for woven sack industry, injection and blow moulding. It is suitable for polyolefin (PE and HDPE). The recommended rate of addition is 10-25% with polymer by weight. Pre-heating of Plast High Mix gives more improved results. Loading product is dependent on machine and climatic conditions. Packaging: Plast High Mix is supplied in regular pellet form, packed in 25 kg bag. It should be stored in a cool, dry place. Recommended storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed. Non-toxic and environment friendly: Plast High Mix – basic chemicals/additives incorporated in the grade confirms that the material is suitable for food grade, is non-hazardous and non-toxic.
