Indian supply chain startup Zetwerk Pvt Ltd is exploring options to raise up to $1 billion, potentially through an initial public offering (IPO) in Mumbai next year, according to sources. Backed by investors like Peak XV Partners and Lightspeed India Partners, the Bangalore-based company has reportedly initiated discussions with investment banks as part of its IPO preparations, which could value Zetwerk in the multi-billion-dollar range.
Sources indicate that Zetwerk's plans are still in the early stages, with details such as the IPO's size, valuation, and timing subject to change. The company’s platform facilitates connections between suppliers and clients across industries, including aircraft engine manufacturing, consumer electronics, and home appliances. Zetwerk has not yet provided a comment on the potential listing.
