How is Trishul Machine Tools supporting the growth of Indian manufacturing sector?
Trishul Machine Tools is dedicated to manufacturing world-class polygon turning machines. More than selling machines, we provide solutions that help customers improve their existing manufacturing processes. Our portfolio covers a wide range of polygon turning solutions catering to varied industry requirements. We serve multiple industries, including fasteners, automotive, two-wheelers, aerospace, and valves. Customers look to us for precision, reliability, and efficiency, and our machines have consistently enabled them to achieve better productivity.
What opportunities do you foresee in domestic and export markets?
The Indian manufacturing sector is currently navigating an indecisive phase, largely due to geopolitical tensions and disruptions in global maritime trade routes. However, we believe this is temporary. Once the global situation stabilises, the industry is poised for a strong revival. We expect significant opportunities in aerospace, a sector that is already witnessing increased activity in India. Additionally, the recently signed FTA with the UK is likely to boost export potential, making that market more buoyant for Indian machine tool manufacturers.
What factors are driving the demand for your products?
The strength of our machines lies in their quality, reliability, and durability. Customers value the low mean time between failures (MTBF) of Trishul machines, which ensures uninterrupted production and long-term dependability. This reputation for reliability has become one of our strongest USPs, giving us an edge in competitive markets where productivity and uptime are critical.
How do you plan to strengthen your presence in the auto industry?
The automotive sector continues to be a major consumer of machine tools, and we plan to expand our reach by adding more business partners in emerging industrial hubs. While the first half of the current financial year has been subdued, we remain optimistic about long-term growth. The electric mobility sector is a particularly exciting opportunity. With the EV industry expanding rapidly, we are well prepared to cater to its needs and deliver the advanced solutions required for precision manufacturing in this segment.
Beyond automotive, how do you intend to tap other industries?
Until recently, Trishul had limited involvement in other sectors such as railways, defence, and electronics. However, with the current government push and investment in these sectors, it has become essential to focus on them. We have already begun engaging with these industries, and while building a presence will take time, we see them as long-term growth drivers that will complement our core business.
How is Trishul Machine Tools adapting to automation and sustainability trends?
Automation and sustainability are no longer optional—they are becoming the order of the day. Customers are increasingly aware of these trends, and as manufacturers, we must provide appropriate solutions that meet their expectations. We are focused on integrating automation into our processes and products, while also designing solutions that contribute to sustainable manufacturing practices. This will not only improve efficiency but also ensure long-term competitiveness in both domestic and global markets.
What are your growth plans for Trishul Machine Tools in the coming years?
We have ambitious plans for the future. Over the next two years, we aim to double our production capacity to meet the rising demand from both traditional and emerging sectors. This expansion aligns with India’s overall GDP growth trajectory and the increasing demand for precision manufacturing solutions across industries. Our commitment is to ensure that Trishul remains a trusted partner for customers seeking reliability and innovation.
