Mercedes-Benz expands with new luxury facilities in Agra and Faridabad

The expansion reflects the brand’s commitment to catering to the rising demand for luxury vehicles in emerging markets, particularly in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
Mercedes-Benz India has strengthened its presence in two key growth markets, Agra and Faridabad, by inaugurating luxury facilities as part of its ‘Go to Customer’ strategy. The expansion reflects the brand’s commitment to catering to the rising demand for luxury vehicles in emerging markets, particularly in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.
Prime Star Agra
Marking its first showroom and workshop in Agra, Prime Star Agra is a 32,000 sq. ft. luxury facility, strategically located in the city’s automobile hub on NH-19. This facility offers a comprehensive Mercedes-Benz lineup, including ultra-luxury models like the Maybach S-Class, and features an Exclusive Lounge, Ultra-Luxury Corner, Dedicated Handover Bay, and a 180KW EV Fast Charger.
Santosh Iyer, MD & CEO of Mercedes-Benz India, stated, “Agra is an important market with an affluent customer base and a growing demand for luxury vehicles. This new facility will enhance accessibility and bring our world-class products and services closer to customers in Agra and surrounding areas such as Mathura, Aligarh, Firozabad, Bareilly, Moradabad, and Etawah.”
Faridabad service facility
Mercedes-Benz has also inaugurated a new service facility in Faridabad, operated by T&T Motors. Spanning 72,000 sq. ft. with a 147-ft facade, the workshop features 15 productive bays, 8 supporting bays, and a Premier Express Prime Service Bay, ensuring service completion within 3 hours. Customers can enjoy luxurious hospitality, private consultation areas, and an exclusive handover bay. The facility also houses a 180KW Fast Charger, offering a seamless experience for EV owners.
Expansion plans in Uttar Pradesh
Mercedes-Benz is set to expand further in Uttar Pradesh with three additional luxury facilities in Kanpur and Varanasi in Q3 2025. With an existing presence in Lucknow, the brand is solidifying its footprint in high-potential markets where demand for luxury cars is on the rise.
