Carraro India Limited has inaugurated its first authorised service centre in Faridabad, Haryana, marking a key milestone in its aftermarket expansion strategy in India. The facility has been set up through PHE Industries Pvt Ltd and forms part of Carraro India’s long-term roadmap to establish four authorised service centres across the country by 2026, covering the North, South, East and West regions.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Andrea Conchetto, CEO, Carraro Group, and Balaji Gopalan, Managing Director, Carraro India Limited, along with partners, customers and key stakeholders. Strategically located, the Faridabad centre will serve customers across North India, offering comprehensive service support and access to genuine Carraro spare parts.

The rollout of four state-of-the-art authorised service centres, supported by a strengthened nationwide network of authorised spare parts distributors and dealers, is aimed at addressing rising demand from the agriculture, construction and material handling sectors. These centres will provide OEM-grade spare parts, expert repairs and rapid technical support for tractors, construction equipment and material handling machinery, helping improve equipment uptime for OEMs and end-users.
