Situated in Kolkata, Arrow Aviation Services stands as the sole Hartzell Propeller-approved propeller shop on the Indian subcontinent, authorised to proficiently service and maintain Hartzell products. The facility offers comprehensive support, encompassing technical assistance, complete propeller overhauls, delivery services, product sales, and warranty work for Hartzell products. Prior to achieving this advanced designation as a Recommended Service Facility, Arrow Aviation Services had previously earned recognition as a Hartzell Propeller Recommended Service and Support Center in India.

JJ Frigge, President of Hartzell Propeller, expressed excitement about incorporating Arrow Aviation Services into their global network of Recommended Service Facilities. This move ensures that aircraft owners and operators in India have access to top-tier service and support for Hartzell propellers. Frigge emphasised the rigorous standards Arrow Aviation Services met to attain this designation, including demanding safety and quality criteria and successful completion of thorough process audits.

As a Recommended Service Facility, Arrow Aviation is obligated to employ factory-trained and qualified propeller technicians who undergo mandatory Hartzell Propeller training. The facility must also maintain Hartzell-approved tools and equipment, in addition to meeting ongoing special process approvals. These stringent requirements, surpassing those of governing airworthiness authorities, underscore Hartzell Propeller's unwavering commitment to superior quality, performance, and support.
