US pharma firm Alkomex expands R&D in India with new leadership

Global pharma company Alkomex GBN is expanding its research and development (R&D) footprint in India, appointing renowned nutraceuticals expert Dr Sanjay Agrawal to lead its strategic initiatives in the country. Based in Ahmedabad, Agrawal will serve as Alkomex's Scientific Advisor, guiding R&D efforts and fostering integration of Indian research within the firm’s global operations.

Alex Meneses Vega, CEO, Alkomex emphasised Agrawal's role in driving growth, particularly in the nutraceutical and functional food sectors, which focus on scientifically-backed products aimed at enhancing health and wellness.
