Rollers for Machine Movement

KGK Engineering’s Easy-Roll Machine Movement Rollers (EZR-7) is a cost effective, time saving and maintenance-free solution for smooth and damage free manual movement of machines and loads of all sizes and shapes, (e.g., weldments, castings, containers, bulky crates, etc). The Easy-Roll Rollers allow machines and loads to be moved to various locations on the shopfloor not accessible by overhead cranes. Once the load is placed on the rollers, it can be pushed or pulled manually or by means of fork-truck or tractor. The rollers are provided with a swivel attachment to negotiate the turns. Each roller can take a load of 7 metric tonnes. The EZR-7 Easy-Roll roller kit comes as a set of 4 rollers and 2 steering handles. EZR-7 rollers are designed to be maintenance friendly.
