Automated Bulk Unloading System

Prodaid Engineers (P) has developed an Automated Bulk Unloading System for components discharged from the high production machines and delivered to high volume carton boxes. The receiving level of component discharged is being, as low as 250 mm, the cleared conveyor received the component and elevates to deliver to 1.6 metre height carton boxes. Further the components are discharged alternately to 2 cartons, with the help of reversible conveyor, kept above the cartons. This will enable operator to keep 'on the unloading function, without stopping the component discharging machine. This system is developed for cartons of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm depth (2000 litres capacity), which gets filled up within 7 minutes interval. However, such system can be built to suit individual needs with different feed rates, volumes and height of cartons. Electrical control panel is provided with VFD unit, to vary the speed of the elevating conveyor to match the discharge rate of the high production machine. Power required is 230 V single phases, AC supply and consumption is equivalent to 100 W bulbs.
