In Feed Conveyor for Auto Inspection

Prodaid Engineers (P) Ltd has developed an In-Feed SS Slat Chain Conveyor for auto inspection and Rejection SPM (special purpose machine). The system enables the inspector to pre-load several components, as the inspection takes place automatically. While, OK assemblies will move out on the out-feed conveyor and rejected assemblies will be diverted by a pneumatic pusher based on rejection signal. The system enables single operator to look after 3 to 4 inspection lines, which saves not only labour cost but also avoids manual error. The conveyor consists of SS slat chain of 100 mm wide x 2 mtr long, for in-feed side and the same length for the out-feed side. The conveyor is driven by ¼ HP drive and with VFD panel to vary the speed from 2 to 6 mtr/minute, and requires 230 V single phase AC supply. The variation to the above can be offered depending upon the product size to be inspected and the rate of inspection.
