Atmosphere Conveyor Furnaces

Dynatech Engineering offers a range of atmosphere conveyor furnaces, in technical collaboration with Solo Furnaces, Switzerland. These furnaces are manufactured to Solo design and manufacturing specifications and are used for bright annealing of SS and MS parts, brazing of copper steel components and sintering applications. These are designed for use up to 1150?C with protective atmosphere of dissociated ammonia. An ammonia cracker is provided as an integral part of the furnace system. The conveyor speed can be varied with an SCR card driven motor. The design of the muffle with appropriate material ensures long muffle life with low maintenance. Adequate safety systems are provided to ensure safe and trouble free operation. Indirect water-cooled double walled cooling zones are provided. The company has a large installation base of such furnaces with reputed clients like BPL, Voltas, Videocon, Titan, Bajaj Auto, Ucal Fuel Systems, MICO, etc.
