Mumbai-based Dynatech Engineering offers a range of sophisticated Profitherm batch atmosphere quench heat treatment furnaces, ideal for carburizing, carbonitriding and bright hardening applications. The furnaces are manufactured in India by Dynatech, under license of Solo Furnaces, Switzerland and are offered with Solo Easytherm PC software package with touch screen menus. Profitherm"s unique design ensures that the products carburize, carbonitride and bright harden with no decarburization and scaling and emerge with a bright finish. Solo integrates it"s own patented oxygen probe and software controller to ensure guarantee and reliability in carbon potential control and offers appropriately programmed case depths. Profitherm provides quick change of either carbon potential for different batches and also quick change of process atmosphere conditions to shift between carburizing, carbonitriding and bright hardening applications. Profitherm also ensures that the transfer of charge from austenizing furnace to oil/salt quench tank is without distortion, without loss of control of temperature and atmosphere thereby guaranteeing no product temperature drop or change in carbon potential. The transfer is also completed within 15 seconds.
