Dynatech Engg offers a range of sophisticated Nitreg gas nitriding furnace system offered by Nitrex Metal Inc of Canada. Nitrex has patented the only gas nitriding furnace system that offers a nitrogen potential control system with a probe which ensures that a nitriding case depth and white layer can be effectively designed and achieved case after case, thereby removing the art out of nitriding. These furnaces are electric resistance type pit furnaces with a very sophisticated nitrogen sensor and control system that ensures perfect compliance of the needed nitriding cycle with full control on white layer growth. For the first time white layer can be completely eliminated and a perfect nitrided case depth can be consistently achieved. This throws open the opportunity of substituting a few carburized processes with nitriding enabling savings in cost of steel and also lower distortion of material due to lower stresses arising out of carburizing. The system is ideal for aluminium extrusion dies (H11/H13) nitriding after vacuum hardening. It is also specifically recommended for engine valve components, etc.
