Prodaid Engineers has developed a Conveyorised Assembly System with wide range of features to achieve highest productivity and best of aesthetics. The wide range of optional features include: side assembly table; bin support selves; railing for supporting local light; win chart holder; tool supports; electrical trunking with sockets and switch; and pneumatic outlets, etc. As such all these are designed ergonomically with industrial engineering time measurement in mind. The conveyor is manufactured using latest materials such as aluminium extruded sections, drum motor, VFD unit for variable speed, etc. The equipment requires power as little as a 40 W bulb at 230 V single phase, AC supply. This conveyor is available from widths starting from 100 mm to 600 mm and lengths up to 20 metres.
