Joemillar Aquatek India P Ltd (formerly Polybeek India Pvt Ltd) manufacturers and exporters of pre-fabricated bolted zincalume/galvalume steel liquid storage tanks, offer a cost effective liquid storage solution for industrial, infrastructure and housing projects. Joemillar tanks have Zincalume metallic coating comprising of 55% Zinc, 43.5% Aluminium and 1.5% Silicon, the latter being the metal bonding agent. Zinc coating is minimum 150 gram per sq.m on both surfaces. Zn-Al provides up to four times longer life. Storage tanks for liquids are installed with a reinforced multi-layer, food grade PVC/PE liner that has anti fungal and heat resistant properties. Zincalume steel has properties like anti-rust, easy cleanability, weather proof and heat resistant. Uses ranges from storage of raw water to treated water in ETPs, STPs, WTPs and also storage of acids, alkalies and chemicals and most other liquids having different densities. These tanks have a substantially enhanced service life with very low maintenance; are aesthetically appealing, easy portability; priced competitive when compared to traditional RCC tanks or MS fabricated tanks; and above all, can be installed quickly. The minimum no-maintenance life is upto 30 years. These are available in a capacity ranges from 50,000 Litres to 2,500,000 Litres with height of up to 9.63 meter and diameters up to 21.21 meter. Customized options are also available.
