Polybeek India Private Limited, an EOU unit set up in 2002, started as an Indo-German Joint Venture Company, with the foreign partners providing the technology and machinery, is today a 100 percent Indian entity. The company manufactures PVC Geomembranes manufactured as per IS 15909: 2009 standards, offering cost effective containment solutions for conservation of water, etc. These have a diverse range of applications, both internal and external, ranging from drop in liners for restoration of old tanks to water proof linings for building roofs and containment liners for storage of any kind of liquid including water, effluents, chemicals, etc. All liners meet IS-15909: 2009 standards approved flexible membrane liner systems for tank, clear wells, water vaults, chlorine, aluminium sulphate and waste water tanks. Liner systems are fabricated in using thermowelding and other techniques. This process lets all seams have the same flexibility and strength as the sheet of material itself. Liners are provided for refurbishing leaking tanks; potable water tank liners; steel and fibreglass; concrete cisterns; and underground water storage vaults. Internal liners are mechanically held and become the primary containment with the tank becoming the secondary containment. Drop-in liners provide a quick, cost effective solution for leaking steel and concrete tanks that are used for containment of anodising, chrome plating, galvanizing and other metal cleaning and treatment solutions. Structurally supported by tank walls, flexible non-metallic, heavy-duty liners are proven remedy for leaking tanks and secondary containment areas. These liners can also be used for protection of structure of the tank (underground and overhead both) from corrosive material or as a refurbishment of a tank where leakage is an issue. Pit, pond, and lagoon liners: the company has reasonable experience in design and fabrication of primary and secondary containment liners. It has a range of thickness of flexible membrane liners for most applications, including Aqua Life compatible material that is ideal for ornamental ponds and commercial fish farms; crude oils; fuels; saltwater; hydrocarbon waste; and chemicals. The company also offers concrete protection liners (for protection against water/chemicals). These are pre-fabricated in the factory into one piece units or sections of units to be installed on location using field seaming techniques. Finally, there are underground water proofing/foundation liners or foundation aprons for buildings: for protection of basements/building foundations form ground water and/or moisture.
