Noise and Vibration Dampening Adhesive

Axxon offers Noise and Vibration Dampening Adhesive. Procedure to use NVH-274: Apply thin coat or required coating thickness by dip coat or as per convenient, followed to dry at room temperature for minimum two hours, then slowly increase the temperature (10 deg/minute) up to 120 deg c, @ 120 deg c allow to cure for 30-40 minutes, then take out coated steel and check regular parameters for NVH applications.

• Excellent resistance to high temperatures, oils and washing solutions
• Superior resistance to noise, vibration and harshness
• Cured seal remains flexible up to -50oC to +280oC

• Enhances life of the Engine/ other components by reducing Noise and Vibration
• No need to change designs and no deterioration of metal surfaces
• Axxon-NVH-274/275 paste single coat application drastically reduces noise, vibration and harshness with good adhesion unlike RCM or metal dampers which is easily falls

• Water insoluble, harmless to environments, does not deteriorate metals, plastics and rubber components
• Superior to the conventional Rubber coated steels or dampers in respect to performance and versatility
