Axxon Material Science offers Automotive Sealing Paste/Solution for Sheet Metals, Axxon-GC-279.
Procedure to use GC-279:
- Apply thin coat or required coating thickness by dip coat preferably
- Followed to dry @ 40-50°C for minimum 15-20 minutes
- Then slowly increase temperature (10°C/minute) up to 120°C
- Allow to cure for 30-40 minutes
- Then take out coated steel and check the regular parameters for sealing applications
