Axxon Material Science offers a range of Conformal Coating products for electrical and electronic industries. All the products conform RoHS compliance, MILspecs and ASTM standards. The company also offers Anaerobics Adhesives, Rubber Cure Additives, Noise and Vibration Dampening Adhesive, Liquid Silicone Gasket, Phenolic-Nitrile Adhesive, etc.
The following products are available:

• Axxon 409: Conformal coating spray for PCB assemblies providing excellent moisture, dust and corrosion, resistance
• Fast drying, single component, forms transparent film ensures easy identification of components, solder through and removable if required
• Axxon-410: This excellent product in spray form used for removing of flux and moisture from the PCB
• Axxon NCF 400: This is recommend to clean flux and solvents for wave soldering of PCBs
• Axxon AXB series insulating varnish: Axxon AXB 60, AXF-40 and AXH-80 are B class, F class and H-class varnishes which can be made available in baking and non baking type
• Axxon 7020: Two part silicone compound especially designed for potting and encapsulating application with an excellent di-electric properties and chemical resistant properties
• Axxon 1666/1594: Single part RTV silicone sealant designed for the PCB assembly
