XPL-1401 from Wearresist Technologies is a moisture tolerant concrete sealer and penetrant used to restore the integrity of old concrete or for preventing outgassing. It can also be used as a clear topcoat. Applications: used as sealer and penetrant for concrete structures of DM plants, water, oil and chemical storage concrete tanks and vessels of various industries. It is extremely useful to prevent outgassing of concrete and floors.
