Masterbatch, Plast Clear

Electro Engplast offers high-tech Masterbatches and compounds for the plastic industries manufactured by Superpack. The company offers Masterbatch, Plast Clear. Performance characteristics: acts as nucleating agent maintains natural clarity of polymer, an effective anti-blocking agent reduces sticking of film layers, effective reinforcing filler thus improves physical and mechanical properties of the end product, improves anti-slip property, improves heat resistance, anti-fibrillation for woven sack/film stiffness addition, anti-blocking effect, no need to increase colour of masterbatch, reduces cost. Applications and addition rates: a special masterbatch for polyolefin weaving tapes, films and injection moulding. The recommended rate of addition rate is 10-25% with polymer by weight. Pre-heating of Plast Clear gives more improved results. Loading of product is dependent on machine and climatic conditions. Packaging: Plast Clear is supplied in regular pellet form, packed in 25 kg bags. It should be stored in a cool, dry place. Recommended storage life: up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed. Non-toxic and environment friendly: Plast Clear – basic chemicals/additives incorporated in the grade confirms that the material is suitable for food grade, is non hazardous and non-toxic.
