Crimping Machine

ISO offers a unique quick crimping machine, Model LP/TRM/2, suitable for fuel line flexible rubber hoses. The machine is compact, motorised and foot-operated. The unit is based on sturdy castor wheels. It is suitable for crimping hoses from 1/4"BSP to 1"BSP end connections. The die head is sturdily built having 3 sets of jaws of 8 segments each. The sets according to size of the hose are easily interchangeable by removing just four bolts of the front plate of the die head. The jaws are of hardened die steel designed for double step crimping for zero accuracy. Dimensions of the machine are: H 900 mm x W 500 mm x L 500 mm. Driving motor is of 2 HP having On-Off pushbuttons. The machine is nicely painted and is useful for hose assembly manufacturers.
